(i) Particulars of organization, functions and duties:
Gurgaon Technology Park Limited was formed by three promoters in 1996 – HUDA , UNITEC and FCPV Consortium , Singapore with the objective to undertake and carry on the business of setting up, develop, operate and manage Technology Parks, Media park , Electronic park & real estate development of any kind including sell/purchase /give / take on lease immovable property anywhere in India with a view to attract investment from multinational & other reputed companies with the intention to provide employment opportunity to the and to boost exports & industrial production in the state.
Activities of company:
  1. a)GTPL is maintaining common green area & Roads which includes i.e. Cleaning of roads, Grass cutting and hedging, Flower bedding, Landscaping, Tree maintenance includes Stump removal, chipping, cutting and treatment , Dead wooding, Crown thinning and lifting, Tree felling and removal along with maintenance of sewerage system , storm drainage system.
  2. b)Apart from maintenance GTPL is engaged in leasing out / renting self -owned plot.
  3. c)Construction of common facilities to the industrial business park i.e. welfare centre, retail shopping centre, roads, street lights for the infocity area .

(ii) Powers & duties of officers and employees:
The Board & management of the Company is headed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana -cum-chairman, GTPL and assisted by the other members of the Board (information is mentioned below).
The powers and duties of the officers & employees are decided by the Board time to time and CEO, GTPL also delegates certain powers to its employees as per requirement  within the purview of AOA, MOA, companies Act & other relevant laws applicable to the company.

No fixed norms have been set. However, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is authorized  to improve the quality of operations of the company by ensuring proper compliances.

As all the Board Of Directors are nominee directors of government by virtue of their post so no remuneration has been received by them except employees of the company.

  1. Working hours :The general working hours of the offices is as per the Haryana Govt. orders which at present is 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM with lunch break from 1.30 PM to 2.00 PM.
  2. The information can be obtained by citizens by submitting an application to the SPIO/ASPIO appointed in various branches of the head office and the offices of General Managers. The application can either be submitted in person or can be sent by post. The arrangement for inspection of record is made in the office by the SPIO/ASPIO in case the citizen so requests.
