Gurgaon Technology Park Ltd ( Now 100 % wholly owned subsidiary of Haryana Urban Development Authority ) was formed on 07.02.1996 as a joint Venture Company by coming together of HUDA, Unitech and FCPV – A Singpore Consortium with a view to set up a professionally designed Industrial Park to cater for IT and other non-polluting hi-tech industries, with an authorized capital of Rupees 30 Crores and a paid up capital of Rs. 14.70 Crores with the equity participation of 30%, 30% and 40% respectively. Land measuring 69.961 acres was purchased by this company falling in Sector 33 (15.630) and Sector 34 (54.331 acres) and set up the business park with the following break up of land use :-

Two of the partners of the JV viz, M/s. FCPV and M/s Unitech have since sold off their shares to HUDA and with the signing of the share Purchase Agreement in this regard followed by the Board Meeting held on 26th June 2009, the company is now fully owned by HUDA.
The layout comprises of 93 industrial plots varying in size from 0.202 acres to 2.497 acres, one retail shopping plot measuring 0.510 acre and a plot measuring 1.00 acres earmarked for Welfare Centre and Dispensary of the 93 industrial plots & 91 plots totalling an area of 40.464 acres have been sold on free hold basis.
The Company has retained two largest plots namely, C-1, Area – 2.497 acres and C-2, Area -2 acres. In addition the company owns the Welfare Centre Plot and the Retail shopping plot.
On plot C-1 the company has built a building named INFOCENTER which has been leased out to M/S HCL Technologies from 01/04/2006 up to 31.03.2012 . At present Tower “ A ” of building C-1 has been rented out to Excise and Taxation Department and Office of Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon Tower B ( 2nd & 3rd Floor ) , Office of Estate Officer, HUDA –II, Gurgaon ( Ground Floor).
Other Pending Projects are to be executed.
